Before Getting Started: This electronic assessment will record your answers to a series of questions to help you identify your unique SHAPE profile. Your SHAPE assessment and profile will be most helpful if you follow your initial thoughts or impulses to guide your answers about who you are, not who you would like to be, or who think you ought to be--- so don’t overthink it! The assessment has two parts and will take approximately 25-40 minutes to complete, so please allow yourself enough time to complete the entire assessment as your results will not be saved if you come back later. Part 1 will explore your Heart/Passions, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences, and Part 2 will help you explore some Spiritual Gifts -- all of which God has shaped you with for ministry!

Once complete, you will be able to view your results and a summarized report of your SHAPE profile, which will include some insight or suggestions for how you might be especially gifted in your SHAPE to serve and minister to others. You will also be able to view some practical or current ways for you to connect with ministry opportunities using your SHAPE.

Problems or Questions? If you have any questions or issues throughout the assessment, or if you are unable to input your answers and see your profile results at the end, we would be happy to help you with that! Simple contact the Fellowship office at 501-327-3444 or email and one of our ministry leaders or pastoral staff would love to connect with you to help you further process how you can apply your SHAPE to a ministry area at Fellowship or within our community.

Please begin the assessment by providing your first and last name below.

It feels good to do what God made you to do. When you minister in a manner consistent with the personality God gave you, you experience fulfillment, satisfaction, and fruitfulness.”
- The Purpose Driven Life, By Rick Warren

Understanding the unique personality that God has given you will help you most effectively express your spiritual gifts, heart, and abilities for His sake. Your personality will also affect how and where you use your spiritual gifts and abilities. For instance, two people may have the same gift with evangelism, but if one is introverted and the other is extroverted, that gift will be expressed in different ways.
